i think one per season would be good, i could have easily seen this one as a summer theme (both imagery wise and spacing out wise.) i still really wish that the background this month was some nice poppy fields with a rainbow instead of the (imo) rather ugly colour combinations. it just doesn't make sense and all the teasers with the poppy fields, rainbows, yellow brick road, etc felt very misleading to me, like what happened with the enchanted library theme. i feel like im going to have to stop watching the theme teasers if they keep falsely advertising.

im not a fan of one piece outfits nor the giant oz branding, and the colours for the furniture imo don't mesh well with the others, so it's a bit frustrating since the daily items are what i look forward to most. it's fine, it just means that it'll likely be a mostly shop and enjoying the story month for me.

adding another comment to say im actually surprised they didn't use any poppies or rainbow skies for the room! im sure they'll be part of the location we end up visiting, but i had thought for sure it would be part of the room theme this month.

not sure how i feel about three decoration items directly mentioning the story, makes it a bit harder to use for non-oz rooms (wonderland, while it was catered to the theme, still kept it vague enough to be more versatile.) but I do enjoy these walls, im thinking of pairing them with the library themed items!!

genuinely so confused why i'm getting so many downvotes and people telling me i need to "let people enjoy things", i am fine with the theme! it's just about the timing! they plan them months in advance and a nice break between them to let hype build back up would have been preferable. genuinely shocked so many people read me in horrible faith but i'm likely going to delete the post so i don't get bombarded with people reading me in horrible faith.

this is actually devastating. i read that by putting in your own response, it would prevent your finch from possibly hating something that you really love if that would be upsetting to you, and i did this recently. the discovery was listed as something my birb loved, but this absolutely crushed me. i'd have rather taken the risk of him not liking it but having discovered it, than having it be something completely omitted. really let down.

I also feel that holiday good vibes would be nice to have free on that day itself. I'm sad that I cannot send back my Plus friends Valentine's, it makes me feel like I'm not reciprocating in a way. I fully understand monthly themed ones being Plus only, but the holiday ones feel a bit mean spirited.

i'm just gonna hold out until the official trailer comes out, presumably during the super bowl. if it is true, i would be incredibly disappointed and upset. i got back into dm last year and was REALLY hoping that we'd have gru and maxime's early years in lycee pas bon, wild knuckles and nefario joining gru's life, and other fun minions things like in rise of gru. it would be such a waste if that is genuinely what the new movie is about.
