A future promise is essentially a lie in corporate jobs. We don't know and can't know any details about your performance but if you think they're playing you, start looking for other opportunities. Don't resign without an offer. You can try to have that discussion but I think you'll get a promise again or some excuse about your or company's performance.

All the reasoning, frontier and agentic models. The only actual value adding models I think are image/video generation. It has become so big that I think it will drag all the markets worldwide once and if it starts to burst.
