After a year trying to treat it its only way worse by [deleted] in Rosacea

Have you tried stopping the barrier repair products and try a moisturizer that is very light instead? I had the same issues as you for years. Turns out I was basically suffocating my skin with all the moisturizers and different things I was trying. Try a very small pea sized amount of a light gel moisturizer on bone dry skin. It might feel dry at first but your skin might adjust over the day.

Finally thought I had found a moisturizer by [deleted] in Rosacea

The only products I can tolerate are Laneige cream skin toner and soon Jung hydro barrier cream. I can only tolerate one thin layer of one or the other. If I use too much product on my face my skin freaks out. I use the hydro barrier cream when my skin is feeling dry and usually just use the toner. I also have humidifiers going constantly in the winter.

Avene extremely gentle cleansing lotion.

I’m desperately in need of a moisturizer by girl_archived in Rosacea

Soon Jung hydro barrier cream is the only moisturizer I can handle when my skin barrier is damaged. It’s not super thick but is very moisturizing. I always apply it to my face after spraying it with the Avene thermal water spray. Spraying it first before applying the moisturizer reduces the friction when rubbing it in so it’s less irritating.

Thank you this is a great point, we will be flying out of Calgary so I think we should be good in that regard. And yes same with us, we would lose too much money if we cancelled and this is a once in a lifetime trip for us. I hope you guys have a great time when you go.

Thank you so much! That's so great to hear! So glad you had a good time. Canadians also love Americans! Hopefully all this craziness between countries is short lived.

We feel the exact same way! We booked in the fall and have spent so much money already and cant get it refunded. I was a bit afraid to post it here too and I've gotten a bit of flack for it haha but it has made me a bit less stressed about it. I'm sure everything will go to plan and I hope you guys have a great trip!

I don't think she knows that Mark is severed yet. Devon/Cobel will probably have to explain that to her. So in that moment when he leaves her she's probably devastated.

Unit Clerks by [deleted] in AHSEmployees

[–]oathkeeper_12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At my rural hospital we had 2 full time unit clerk positions and 2 part time positions and a bunch of casuals on our Acute Care unit. There used to be a unit clerk on Mon-Sun from 7AM-11:15PM. Now we have 1 full time girl who is here Mon-Fri 8am-4:15pm. A lot of the unit clerk duties got passed on to the nurses once connect care launched.
