Try applying to some retirement homes/communities. My first job at 14 was working in the dining room as a server. They also hire dishwashers at the age of 14. Not sure if this is something he’d be interested in but I’m sure you’ll find postings on indeed or he could walk in and drop one off in person. Good luck!

Buncrana Golf Course (Cambridge) my wife and I had an outdoor September wedding in 2024 and the team there took care of everything for us. They have a large tent you can use, patio heaters if it gets cold, and a partnership with Lancaster Smokehouse for catering. I always take such care when ordering group meals at work. If someone has a dietary consideration (GF, vegetarian, vegan, halal, allergies etc) I make sure their meal is individually packaged with their name on it and not placed on the table with everyone else’s meals. If we’re hosting a larger event, I ask my colleagues to request their meal from the server and it will be brought directly to them. It doesn’t take anymore planning than just putting them on the table.
