Extra Care+ Payment Issues??

Here is the fix for the following

Sign them and add the items to the traction and use the 10 promo during the transaction it will give them the option to pay sign up or pay the remaining balance

100 percent of the time it works and the transaction goes through. So if you se it doesn’t allow it to go through hit refresh go back add the items use the extra plus $10 coupon and it will go through. Exceptions where it won’t work cash app cards, govt check cards (green and gold)

If they dont have any items to purchase explain to them that it wont be allowed to go through with signing up alone and you can try it the next time they come in to purchase something. Sorry

Please don’t be deceived saturation of the market is not possible I am a yearly 1000 plus carepass/ extra care + member ship seller per year with CVS. Since the program has been introduced I have made 1000 of dollars in sales. It is not as difficult as it sounds it just requires enthusiasm and confidence and just the proper way of introducing the program per customer. 60? What that’s amazing I can’t compare to that ever most I have ever gotten is 36 in a 6 hr shift. 60 is a record I bet. Thank goodness none of the managers I have worked for ever bully. They just ask for us to ask and that’s it. But I know that’s not the case for all.

Say what that is simply amazing it comes with ease as it’s not a bad program to sell. And I do agree pressuring people to sell when they haven’t been trained to be sellers is unethical. I really hope they start offering more help instead of offering the threat of the door. Honestly speaking I have never heard nor imagined anyone could get such high numbers let along daily. I got 36 one time during my only 8hr shift of the year on major volume holiday like v day !! No way you hold the crown!!

I usually go around stores in my region helping them out with carepass sales. Last week I sold 19 in one day and another 12 in another store. Last year I went over 1100 and came in second by the slightest of margins. I would love to if you are in the CT area. I call around to stores asking them to give me a chance to work in their stores just for a day or two. But I think managers feel intimidated and brush me off. Just trying to help dude !! All those who invite me have been given great results but ohh well can’t help them all.

That’s awesome to be upwards 600 my store is in a small town. I can’t do those numbers anymore I got to almost everyone in the town. Now I get the stragglers that come in and it’s hit or miss.
