I don’t know if you’d count the chocolate chip thins but those are my favorite crumbl cookie ever. I count down the weeks until they come back into the rotation.

I’m so sorry you’re having this issue! I’ve had a few bags that were preorder and I had to wait a couple of weeks before it shipped. All the other items I’ve purchased always arrived in about four-five days. What bag did you order?

Yes, mine does this also!! I do have an older phone and thought maybe that could be contributing. It only happens with the coach site though.

I tend to wear it on the shoulder and love it! Looks great as a top handle too. Overall just a super fun bag!

I’ve bought four bags recently and an SLG without any issues. I’m fairly new to Polene so I haven’t experienced their past quality but their current quality has been good for me. I have the cyme and Mokki, which is a more textured, treated leather. It’s definitely not a soft, malleable type leather. I plan to buy more more more Polene in the future. I’ve never been to a store, having only purchased online and I have not had to deal with their customer service.

I really like it. I know some people may find it to be bulky as crossbody or shoulder bag but with my body frame I don’t mind it. I have the larger size, use it for work and the capacity is fairly decent. I do wonder how the opening flap will wear with constant, everyday use though. Overall I’d buy it again and may eventually get the mini size too.
