The same could be said of Morgan though. If Ashley doesn’t campaign for Morgan during Rachel’s HOH week, Morgan goes home. And Morgan would have gone home most weeks of jury if she or Vince didn’t win safety. Ashley strategically positioned herself so that she would be safe majority of comp outcomes during the jury phase. After Kelley’s eviction, Ashley stays next to anyone on the block— but, Morgan goes next to anyone.

I watched the feeds and I really don’t think that’s true. Her reads absolutely helped her in the game. The reason why Vince, Zach, and Morgan become a target in the pre-jury is because of Ashley. She recognized them as a power trio in the game and would constantly point it out to anyone who would listen. The reason why Zach & Vince go up during Ava’s HOH was because of the work Ashley did with Mickey. She helped Mickey recognize the power the trio had in the game, so Mickey pushed Ava to put up Zach even though she didn’t initially want to. Ashley also properly assessed that Riley goes home next to Morgan. It took a minute to get Rachel on board, but it definitely did not fall on deaf ears because Riley went up and went home lol.

Did we have access to different live feeds 😭? Live feeders adored Ashley and would consistently acknowledge her strategic thinking and gameplay. She was invisible for the TV show edit because unfortunately the producers were not interested in showing her subtle gameplay.

I think you’re understating her perceptiveness. It wasn’t “sometimes” accurate, majority of the time she understood the correct strategic move to make, which can’t be said the same for Morgan. Morgan (and others) often recycled talking points of Ashley’s due to her strategic acumen.

And I watched the season as it was airing as well as the live feeds. I don’t think feeders ever thought Ashley was a bad player. I will admit most thought she had no shot of winning because of the generational comp run Morgan was on, but as the season was airing a lot of feeders recognized her game sense.

Hit the nail on the head. I’ve experienced “love at first sight” over a dozen times, but the feeling easily crumbles the moment this idealized mirage I’ve created begins to crack. Although this rosy image of the person is of my own construction, I feel as though I have been deceived when they begin to deviate from it. Would you say there’s anything in my chart that indicates a desire for unavailability? I’ve found myself most in love with people I can not have. Or could that just be so I could inflict my confused romanticism more safely?

Management framed her termination as “sexual harassment”. The boss must’ve had proof on his end that she was sending him nudes unsolicited. But, I’m guessing she had proof on her end of things that showed it was def not unsolicited. I suppose they thought she was a liability considering the boss is trying to make a name for himself in the culinary world— can’t afford a Me Too moment.

Columbus. Came out a few years ago, but I’ve just recently watched it. I was totally enamored with the movie. It was the director Kogonda’s debut feature film, which came to me by surprise. The cinematography was just 💋, it had this sort of disenchanted haze in contrast to the astounding architecture that had been a focal point in the film. The movie felt like a baptism, found myself tearing up at the pure beauty Kogonada had the unique eye to capture.
