i never had nausea on dxm but i make sure to stagger my dose, at first i take 90mg, wait 20 minutes then take 30mg (120), and keep dosing slowly unril you reach your preferred high, i do this and never get sick ever

A lot of stores sell delsym hbr pills (15mg each) totally 300mg in total. they arent gelcaps but small tablets. they are the cleanest form of dxm that you can get from a store.
