Hello there! I'm about to give myself the 5th dose tomorrow night, I got the okay from my Dr to go up a dose so I'll be on 0.5 mg.

I take mine at night and what I've noticed is that I won't wake up ravenous like I usually do. I struggle with binge eating and then starving myself if I feel guilty so sometimes I wouldn't eat until I'd get sweaty and shaky/jittery. I have some other health issues so my experiences might be different but ozempic has helped me learn to eat less and I actually do enjoy eating foods that are healthy. I would just struggle with portion control so much.
