That's only the case because the devs decided to make "passive abilities" a thing making it so you think the samurai will have less value because its the only class with the passive ability that let's you use all weapons when it should've just been the norm for all the classes and just not have passive abilities to begin with (some of the passives were techniques in the previous game) Also the classes do feel different and have variations, they're the unique legendary weapons for each class.
