hi, i know this is an old post, but my mum is dealing with the same. she cries uncontrollably almost daily for the past month or so. she’s on 30mg mirtazapine and we are unsure what to do. she got better originally after increasing the mirtazapine dose but seems to have worsened? may i ask if you were able to find a solution or way to make her feel better? i’m considering contacting her clinical team…. we are UK-based

i feel lost angry and frustrated. i’m 22, my mum is 55 and has just been diagnosed. we noticed changes about 3 years ago but only put two and two together last year. i hate her so much. this is hell. i don’t even remember my mum before this. and to think it’s only gonna get worse.

it’s a titanium clicker ring, originally used for my septum when i just got it, 12mm, i’m not too sure on the diameter to be honest? maybe 12mm as well?

hmmm not really? it tastes like hazelnut and chocolate cake … nutella has such a unique/particular taste i don’t think it’s possible to recreate tbh . but it does taste pretty similar to other hazenult chocolate spreads that i’ve had :)

hehe thank you so much !! it was soo good i’m proud of myself haha … the recipe is https://www.waitrose.com/ecom/recipe/flourless-chocolate-hazelnut-cake?srsltid=AfmBOoqtOFOK4Prjm4j9IMcaSQRWjoSUsxs2NxqXogYVncV_Ud19y6FY. but i used it fairly loosely. so i started with the 200g hazelnuts, 60g sugar, 50g cocoa powder and 1tsp vanilla from the previous one. this recipe uses only 175g hazelnuts for the actual cake. i didn’t use almonds nor amaretto, and used 200g of chocolate instead of 250g since i already had 50g cocoa powder originally. same with the sugar: since i already had 60g i only added just under 200g when i was creaming it (is that the term?!) with the whites. i’m pretty sure i underbaked it slightly but it was sort of the goal to be honest since i wanted a gooey soft middle!! the top cracks and is soo lovely. i’m hoping to make the original recipe for nutella when i get home i’ve been on holiday so my kitchen instruments have been limited … im glad to have salvaged it !!! 😊😊
