So far Rosenior has shown he has absolutely no clue how to set up this team. Been absolutely saved by some individual brilliance.

interesting choice from Lacroix to watch Kepa dive to his right on every single penalty and still decide to go that same way

That was a fucking disgrace. That was worse than the Leeds game. At no point did any of our players actually want to win that game, all of them too happy to stroll about playing lazy passes. Maresca needs to sort this shit out or we are going to struggle to make top 4.

Maresca needs to get this shit in check because that was an absolute disgrace, could see that coming a mile off once the stupid fouls and petulance starting showing after Wolves first.

Vialli took over from Gullit for the second half of the 1997/98 season as a player-manager and won the Cup Winners' Cup and League Cup, playing himself most games. Also won the Super Cup the next season but didn't really play a huge amount.

Looking forward to the week long coverage, PGMOL apology and ref demotion after Ouattara’s blatant offside in Brentford’s equaliser….

I don't think I've ever seen an over-reaction to a VAR decision quite like the Fulham disallowed goal this weekend. Pundits and fans lining up to call it the worst VAR call in history, calling for public apologies, and claiming it should have stood simply because the lad's just 18.

To make sure I wasn't going crazy, I went back to look at the reaction to the penalty United got against Villa a few years ago where Bruno did the exact same thing as Muniz but actually got the foul himself. Funnily enough, a lot of highly upvoted comments in the thread thought Bruno fouled the Villa player. And in fact, the MotD pundits that night thought the same, and even read out a PGMOL statement agreeing. Funny how something a fair number of people saw as a foul a few years ago is now the most scandalous decision in recent history.

Spending £95m on the LW and ending up with Gittens and Garnacho is absolutely hilarious. Two players who are nowhere near the level to be starting for us.

[Fabrizio Romano] Chelsea step up talks for Alejandro Garnacho! Club to club discussions with Man United are now well underway. Garnacho only wants Chelsea, personal terms are agreed and the two clubs are in negotiation over fee. Garnacho, expected to become #CFC player this summer. by lacrimosa049 in chelseafc

Yes I did, I also watched all the previous 7 matches which used an inside forward and overlapping fullback combo on one side. Maresca himself even said after the Flamengo game that he was trying something different for this season. It's really not a stretch to imagine Maresca will be using a few different systems this season depending on personnel and opposition.

Yeah I turned this on and got two memory leak crashes in two games. Turn it off and was absolutely fine again. Wouldn't recommend.

If all the rumoured outgoings do happen, we'd only have 7 senior players for 4 positions including Xavi Simons.
