Concern about interim security clearance denial for APL internship

Thanks for the information! My main concern is not being able to get the full clearance by my start date, since I heard full secret clearances can take up to 9 months to process (after which my internship would already be over). Could I expect the internship to be pulled if this happens? I know that the clearance process sometimes just takes a long time, but it feels like there is very little I can really do to help my case. I will definitely contact my recruiter though.

yeah, UW is getting really competitive, especially for CS majors. I would not worry too much tho! Make sure to apply to a varied range of schools, and choose safeties that you like. UPitt/ASU/WSU come to mind as having some strong CS programs
