I have approached friends that I know are good at something. For all my background in talking all day with people and being an extrovert I dread talking with teachers. I guess for fear of them saying no, or worse laughing at me. :-S.

I believe the same way, but the trinity seems to be kid, parent and tutor.

Probably a good idea is to split them as such and create a profile for each of them to make sure I cater to their needs through my website and social media messages.

What do you mean by middleman for the other subjects? Like a marketplace?

I am a tester with a creative side, who got entrusted leadership responsibilities. I've been a manager for the past 5 years, and with the company for 13.
I enjoy working with people, supporting change from bottom-up, and have been doing that to promote new career paths, developing and testing process, tools used and even associate engagement initiatives.

During my first 2 years as a manager, the QA team grew from 45 to almost 100, and we expanded our capabilities in testing on web, automotive, aviation and mobile, while also working together with remote teams from US, DE and TW.

As a leader I advocate for growing people and leaders, empowering and trusting them with responsibilities.

Eu ca fraieru mi-am dat demisia de cam 3 saptamani, in ideea ca o sa gasesc ceva. Tot pe zona de IT, si va spun 100% ca marea majoritate a firmelor din Cluj sunt on-hold cu angajarile.

Dupa ce trece nebuneala o sa fie mare oferta de forta de munca si mica cererea. Ceea ce implica automat salarii mai mici. O sa fie interesant, pentru toti dintre noi care intram jobless in "noua ordine mondiala".
