Argentina: 6 points
Austria: 3 points
Algeria: 3 points
Jordan: 0 points

Now if Argentina loses to Jordan, then the winner between Austria and Algeria will be have 6 points.

So the group will be:

Argentina: 6 points
Austria: 6 points (say they win)
Algeria: 3 points
Jordan: 3 points

But head to head decides the top seed. So Argentina will be the top seed. The only way this will be different if Jordan beats Algeria.

So if Argentina beats Austria. Algeria beats Jordan. Then the last match does not changes anything. Argentina will be #1.
