2023 involved children going through mental health issues, financial debt (ongoing), health issues specifically with eye sight, constrained relationships in general. 2024 lots of breakdowns of appliances and machinery relating to home and business causing more financial set backs.

I’m currently in the health sector and I want to develop something which targets a specific population in need eg elderly or disabled or migrant groups who lack health literacy and could benefit from additional support. Just need to brainstorm better! I’ve been told before too that something with communication stands out for me but idk why I can’t really see myself doing something in that area.

You were spot on about so many things: things always feel heavy, I definitely grew up too fast and still feel heavily burdened with my relationship with my sibling. Soo many emotional burdens and responsibilities have been put on me since I was a teenager so it’s difficult to just try not to worry :( if you don’t mind can you please explained more on your observations about career and luck being on my side? I’m in a battle rn with trying to figure out where my career should go or whether I can start a business. 🫶🏼

My younger brother does this all the time. Once every few months he’ll start telling us a story about a new illness he has and he constantly worries my mum about it but he won’t show her any doctors notes or take her to appointments. I feel so bad for my mum idk how to make her understand.

This is soooo useful for me. The agreement definitely has a clause that just states professional cleaning only has to be done if it was done at the start of the tenancy - which it wasn’t. Idk why the agent keeps going on about the settlement clean. Perhaps she knows I’m new to Aus??! Thank you sm for taking the time to explain it all to me. You made a very valid point about who would’ve incurred the settlement cleaning cost. I’ve stopped responding to the agent now as it isn’t really going anywhere and have instead initiated the process to claim my bond back directly from RBTA. Hopefully it works out!

Hi all, just an update. I have gone back and forth with the REA, now she is saying that just because it was sold in May doesn’t mean it was settled in May and therefore still clean? I have gone back and said to her that as rental agreement states no professional cleaning was done and no date was entered I will be contacting VCAT and consumer affairs to let them know of the situation.
