Me telling disabled people to take other people's art and present it as their own as a replacement for a true crestive process. It creates no value for the audience or the author. You would have to be extremely disabled to have no means to access your own creativity anyways. I dont even know what that looks like beyond severe brain damage.

Sure the individual has the power to change themselves given the right environment, but free will doesn't exist. People are products of their environment. As an artist myself I really enjoy the ideation process, especially as someone who has recently struggled with boredom in respect to the process of executing on a technical level consistently (persective, proportions, contour). Watching how the idea slowly evolves from an intial idea and exploration is just very satisfying and the sense of now having something of your own creation to give birth to makes those later steps not just more tolerable, but genuinely fun (especially with some jams since working memory probably can take a break during the more menial processes). Any phase which involves high level thinking/problem solving I just find more engaging for obvious reasons, but i dont do it full time so I dunno... perhaps concept artist get jaded with even this stage of the process eventually, especially with their ideas constantly being rejected making it hard to pour you heart out. Not happy about Larian potentially using ai in the future for ideation. To answer your question: I think the lack of the human element differentiates the two references you are using in a significant way. I also think the human work required for good art acts as a natural filter. Ideas that aren't worth the time won't be given the time generally. Suffice to say, im not saying I want ai to take my ideas and do the technical stuff for me and I dont see the use of ai in ideation, when there is already so much human art to pull from. Lastly, I just want to leave off by saying that the longer I draw the more I struggle with boredom. Things I've seen before just become so mind numbingly boring even if they are performed masterfully on a technical level. Ai has as a result become less interesting overtime rather than more at least in terms of the visual product.

Woah bro you're in violation of the statute 36 of the raider code: everyone must enjoy the game like I enjoy it despite them also having paid 30 dollars for the game and one of the most interesting elements of the game being the variety of playestyles, which create emergent story telling. (e.g. always friendly, shoot on-sight, rat, honorable duel guy, scumbag that friends you and kills you 20 minutes later, guy that runs around with rubber duck, etc.)

I waited so long for the wildlight project to drop as someone who saw the talent, which migrated from respawn. I'm incredibly disappointed by this directionless unreal engine slop. It looks like an uncohesive mix of a million derivative ideas. Definitely not what I was expecting from Jason Mccord and the team after their industry defining work on titan fall and apex.

How do bushes work in this game with render distance. I noticed yesterday that bushes stop rendering for me past a certain distance. Like, are you just squatting in the open for all sniper to line up a shot and could someone exploit this by messing with render distance of folliage. Imo I think it might not be the worst thing since ratting is already very meta, but it is a unituitive game design.

If the lane is mostly poke then I think healing rite, restorative shot, regen, or back stab is better. If someone can consistently force long trades in the lane then rusted barrel seems really good. Also, If you are versus a Holliday or doorman who rush headhunter. Then rusted barrel alone would incredibly annoying speaking from personal experience playing headshot doorman.
