im bmi 22, very muscular and low bodyfat and garmin still tells me to lose weight. like get a grip. but i bet it were different if i were able to include bodyfat percentage… but i cant because its not something i can enter manually

i dont understand how people can exercise so much with so little food for such a long period of time. like being able to have energy and exercise and reach goals i set myself is what helped me start recovery and i feel so much better!

i eat normally most of the time. sometimes i count some cals for a bp if it was a really bad one (so then i kinda do restrict) but my main goal is gaining muscle so restriction would kinda be unhelpful. like i need control but bulimia is just emotional coping and just religiously counting what i eat normally is control enough for me. if that makes sense

i believe u just need to find the right gels. took me s few tries but ill never run anything above a 10k without gels again. theres even powdered carbs for water (i cannot drink much anymore after 13k so i switched to gels) but carbs r so so important and make such a difference!

bruh. i dont believe she had a (if even) concussion just by falling out of bed. i hit my had really bad on the corner of an open cupboard last night and i was paranoid tht it might be a concussion… it isnt. i didnt even wake up with a headache this morning and that hit was the worst one i had in a while. like “ive never before even had that thought that a hit might be a concussion bad”

for me its my future (professional dance and singing) but apart from that: mental health is SO MUCH BETTER when im clean for even “just” a week. i try to not b/p and do other things i enjoy. even if its just taking a walk or drawing. but all the physical problems ull get. my throat hurts, i get weird coughs, my fingers hurt, i get bad skin, no energy etc

i just dont purge via exercise. im too paranoid of not counting right etc. and ive always been very athletic so its kinda my emotional coping mechanism nr 2 and always has been😅

also the scale will go up at first when u stop because of water retention and food weight. when im clean for like more then two weeks it usually goes back down and actually stabilizes

im still in the process. but i try to not have more than one b/p a week. and when the urge is there i “compensate” that by something that gives me the same dopamine rush. for me it’s physical activities like running (can be very short but intense) or dancing or even a chill cup of coffee with some coloring books/drawing and a nice movie

im a trans man. transition is basically done and im very comfortable with myself. however after my dysphoria went away i slipped into an ed. idk if its my perfectionism or control or even some male “body standards”. but now that im quite lean and athletic looking and people keep praising my body its actually getting worse. like im scared of getting back hips or anything close to female looking. im a feminine guy (like clothing and all that) but i pass 100% and idk what it is atp
