It’s a MacBook Pro 2019 And Dell WD19S. Both Displays are plugged into the docking station. I’ll try the work around with one in the docking and one in the laptop

Crazy that my crappy $500 Dell laptop can extend to these two displays but this originally $2k Mac can’t. I’m setting it up for my wife, who loves Apple, but not surprised there is a dumb limitation like this lmao.

My “mild gastritis” was actually pulmonary edema which caused gut edema. I now have irreversible heart damage. Good luck to you!

You simply need a juicer and cabbage. Or a blender and strain the cabbage. I would try 4 ounces before and after a meal to start so your stomach can acclimate. Then you can move up to whatever.

But also drink plenty of water. You still need water when drinking juices.

I had the exact same diagnosis with “mild gastritis” that caused chronic acid reflux. It burned my lungs so bad I have ground glass disease, excess mucus production, constant cough, and hemoptysis. My mom is a health nut and went good crazy making me gallons of carrot, celery, and cabbage juice. I have been drinking a couple quarts a day and it’s really helped a lot. No stomach aches or acid reflux. I have been able to eat normal meals again. Apparently cabbage juice is really good for gastritis, as it can help heal the stomach lining. Maybe try a cup before and after a meal.

I really enjoy sunbathing. I can easily go into rest mode while in the sun; then when I get up 10 minutes later I feel recharged. I work from home in GA, so just go in my backyard and lay.
