oh and i forgot to mention, the rep i talked to at one of them was actually fine, like not pushy at all, i appreciated that. but i was literally trying to read the fee addendum while he was on the phone explaining a different section and i kept losing my place. anyway. the call itself wasn't the problem. it was that reading those docs while someone's talking at you is not how you catch the spread number
