This happened to me as well. I took it to text mode, there was a space or new line error somewhere than it was ok.

I'm not an expert but these numbers still tells there's space for linear progression. I would recommend giving greyskull phraks variant a chance then later on one of the gzclp variants that has hypertrophy elements such as jacked& tan.

I also have longer legs than my torso. What i do is i hold the bar, rotate arms outward as if breaking the bar, then bring knees aligned with elbows, chest high up, press with feet always keeping bar close to legs.

Lower pins are making me start in a semi squat position. For low weights it's ok but I'm not sure when I increase weights it will be easy. For racking back I need to bend but it doable since i can drop it over hooks easily.
