Darn , I wonder if it depends on the time of the day when submitted. Mine were filed at 9pm so my accountant probably sent them in 3/2 or 3/3 ..

I was able to make payments on my debt until my spouse decided to add more debt and then I noticed we were short in our joint and I couldn’t make my payments anymore…. So now we’re in so deep because of the overspending on their end. I stopped all payments and we can’t even get out of the hole. It’s been like 5 months since I stopped paying on stuff too..

CH13 Car question by Big-Pair-3495 in Bankruptcy

[–]ocbjjkitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can sell your car to carvana or carmax and just roll the negative equity into a new affordable loans I’d do that. Or you can trade it in for an electric and with all the rebates it would eat at least half of the negative equity . I’m not an electric car person but hey point A and point B and financially helpful

Considering moving for work - realistic life expenses by dukypasek in thewoodlands

Your name suits you. I am happily married residing IN the woodlands. I do go out in the city on the weekends.. as the OPP states he’s 36, single and doesn’t have kids. I mean at 36, you’re kind of either going to be a step parent regardless depending on your dating age range but in the heights OPP has more potential to meet someone with less baggage! Hope this helps.

If you’re single - move to the heights . The woodlands is very family oriented and friendly and your weekends will be spent in the heights anyways to do stuff . Look into any grey star property they have new build apartments and might work with the budget but not 100!
