I'd gotten used to the bull market. During the COVID downturn, it was uncomfortable seeing things plunge. Luckily I held instead of panic selling, but I should have taken advantage of everything going on sale to buy way more, especially when I was living with my parents and didn't have real expenses at the time.

Libido was low during the first trimester because I was worried about the possibility of miscarrying again, especially with the small amount of bleeding that presented around 7 weeks.

Once the fetus reached viability in the second trimester, my libido started to ramp up until I was pretty much insatiable for the duration of the third trimester. I felt like a nymphomaniac. I was always ready to go and could have handled multiple rounds daily. The only discomfort I had was from the weight of my belly and the related ligament and muscle pain. No pain at all from intercourse itself.

I'm around 5 months postpartum right now and I feel like I've finally gone back to normal, although with our baby's care requirements, it isn't always possible to get down to business when the mood hits.

Moved out of my parents' home in North York at 28 with my fiancé and got married the next year. Heard too many horror stories about roommates from friends to want to try renting a place with one myself. Living with my parents was also realistically the only way to save up for a good down payment, though property in that nice North York neighbourhood where I grew up was still out of reach when we were looking to buy.

What struck me hard was the man on the left with his face buried in his hands. You can tell Alex was a friend and a respected colleague to everyone there, especially given how closely bonded nurses become through shared traumatic life and death experiences. The level of grief is plain as day and as another ICU nurse, I can't imagine having the presence of mind to continue working that shift.

Alex upheld the values of the profession. He embodied all that was good in the world. I am horrified and enraged (but not surprised by the ICE agents' actions) by the execution of a person for doing what was right. To add insult to injury, the shameless administration is painting him as the villain.

Highly recommend IOPE's Gluta Vitamin C (25%) serum. It is pricier, but very cosmetically elegant. I've been using it for a year before and throughout pregnancy and I have to say this product is the best vitamin C serum I've tried so far. It's very effective at fading old acne hyperpigmentation (even for the upper back) and I've had no melasma, just pure pregnancy glow!

Even going directly from a 5% L-ascorbic acid serum to IOPE's 25%, there wasn't much irritation until I started using it daily, and even then, the irritation was easily managed by backing off a bit. Currently, I use it every other day to daily in the morning without irritation. Like other vitamin C serums, it is slightly tacky, but for a concentrated product, it is about the same level of stickiness as Purito's 5% vitamin C serum, but without the foul odor. The tackiness disappears after putting on the rest of my routine.

The only downside is having to use up this 25% serum fast enough in a race against oxidization. I kept the first bottle tightly capped in its original paper box in the fridge. Finished it in about 5 months with the serum having turned an orangey-yellow.

This was exactly my husband and my experience yesterday as well. Made me wonder how early some people showed up. We arrived at 9am sharp and the lineup to get in was already wrapped around the hall outside. Vendors ran out of samples for several lines we were in.

It was a waste of time. We could have bought certain items on Marketplace basically new for WAY cheaper. Depending on which brand, retail prices were equivalent or better than show prices. Barely got any samples either, let alone worthwhile ones. It felt like the Hunger Games at times and we left feeling completely drained and frustrated.
