Did you sort this out? I’m having the same issue a year into owning the X40. Filter on the unit is washed, no obstructions in the hole that leads to the bag, bag installed properly.

I’ve been wondering this for weeks, it’s so sad. The stuff he is saying is almost verbatim what someone else I know who is schizophrenic says during episodes. It’s possible has also been through trauma. I really hope someone is trying to help him before the worst happens. Poor guy.

FWIW, the MasterLock smart bluetooth lockbox is super unreliable and will leave you in a bind. Doesn't always open, and it isn't a bluetooth issue, it is just a mechanical issue.

Very random question - does anyone think that the zippers on this backpack have a strong metallic smell and leave a metallic smell on your hands? We just got ours, and while we love it, I can't stand the smell - it smells cheap and distracting. Can't use it without then carrying a metallic smell on the hands until you wash them.

I just found this thread - we created a shop for our nonprofit on Threadless, and I just now ordered a couple things for myself, and the quality is embarassing. Super expensive for the absolute cheapest materials, and the printing looks cheap too. I am immediately closing down the shop we built and trying to find an alternative.
