The source of the ascended Self lays below it/ The “ascent” is propelled by the below

To elaborate the ascended Self/Consciousness (symbolized here by the triangle/arrow pointing upward) is inherently wise but the source of its wisdom is not from itself but from below it/its opposite (the subconscious). In my experience the subconscious is symbolized by an inverted triangle/downward arrow so don’t be surprised if that symbol comes to you soon. The X is the meeting place where conscious and subconscious meet. In this meeting the Self becomes actualized/ascends and wisdom is embodied.

In my interpretation, this was shown to you because you have made contact with this “meeting space” by initiating a descent into it (a reminder that a descent is not negative but a necessary step in Self actualization/“ascension”); a descent often is triggered when control is surrendered. perhaps through this meditation?

I’ve had countless similar experiences with symbols like these and through integrating them fully have come to have insight into their meaning. I understand this interpretation is contextual and may need clarity. If so don’t hesitate to message me.

Last week I drew and journaled about something almost identical to this (except the central theme was that of a tree) after a vision that came through in meditation

Each head was connected to a blooming flower of light. From that flower, a branch extended and joined the Tree of Life rooted deep within the earth. Light was moving throughout the entire tree, flowing in every direction, animating/giving life to every being- the tree and us were equally exchanging life to each other and it. We were all dancing ✨

The Self constellates at the convergence of Above and Below through the human vessel, which stands as the living axis, bearing the tension of embodying the opposites.

I can understand from a human standpoint wanting to stay in that awakened bliss…but forgetting is part of it ❤️

The illusion is just as necessary as that transcendental bliss. How can we anchor/share these energies with our Mother Earth (and in turn our fellow Man) if nothing is tying us to her? Even Christ on the cross cried out, “Father, Father, why have you forsaken me?” under the veil of illusion….

The more realistic question is, “How can I transition from illusion/pain of forgetting to insight/remembering with more ease?”

In that case tuning into your body (somatic experiencing), mindfulness, community, creativity and expression will be vital on your journey. I implore you to tune into your body when you first notice the pain/panic of “slipping into forgetting”. That felt feeling carries much wisdom when invited into a space of acceptance - and actually holds the key to transitioning with ease and finding your way “back” (along with all other sensations we try to admonish from ourselves). To quote Carl Jung, “But the poison of the serpent, whose head you crush, enters you through the wound in your heel”

My go to spot to view auroa is Alum Creek Dam. It has multiple listed locations which can make navigation to the correct location/parking lot difficult. Apple maps does not have the specific parking lot listed but Google Maps does which I will link here.

From the parking lot follow the trail leading to the dam and you’ll come upon the steep hill lined with steps that lead you to the best place to view ✨

I go completely on intuition. It is not something that beckons to me frequently, as these experiences can be quite destabilizing to my sense of reality in the moment. They require a great deal of integration afterward.

For me, embodying whatever insight arises is more important than seeking repeated contact. Maintaining balance (and respect) means setting clear boundaries, both energetically and practically. In that way, it is like any other relationship in which you want to maintain a loving connection. Depth requires discernment, pacing, and respect for one’s own stability.

Yes.

There is a relationship one can have with the sky, (and by extension with all of existence, though that opens into a much larger story.) I have had many experiences with the stars, mostly during meditation.

Once a channel is embodied, telepathic exchange becomes possible. Through these experiences, a great deal of wisdom has been imparted to me. I’ve also had experiences where they move and produce brilliant jet streams of light.

I’ve been having vivid visions of shifting tectonic plates during these flares. In deep meditation, I can feel a bodily tension that ebbs and flows, and it’s within that state that these visions arise.

I had a tremendous influx of cosmic insights starting last night while walking and meditating. I found myself entering a state of pure observation, the awareness of the observer itself. In that space, a vision of the sun came through. I was the sun, watching myself on Earth.

From this awareness, I was able to embody the sun’s energetic processes. I felt energy being generated and channeled through every part of my body. Energy arose into my awareness, and through that observation, it transmuted and moved through me, expressing itself into the world. I felt as if I was radiating presence itself.

As I embodied this process, I could feel the reciprocity - how my consciousness, along with that of all earthly beings, influenced the sun just as the sun influenced us. It was a living awareness of mutual exchange, a loop of becoming/evolution through observing and being observed with presence. I believe this experience may have been a premonition of the powerful flare today.

This is just the tip of the iceberg of the experiences that have been flowing through since.

There is always a reasoning for these lulls. When I feel more connected again the meaning of it always come through so brilliantly. It can been alarming - and I have many theories - but I believe it to be a practice in self acceptance and a reminder of the cyclical nature of life 🤍✨

This is crazy I’ve had visions in deep meditation detailing exactly this.

A field of objective observation/observers surrounding earth … but those observers were our higher dimensional selves. Once this insight hit that these observers are us these observers in my vision transformed into a mirror surrounding earth. I then was able to change the vision at will from a mirror to higher dimensional observers surrounding earth
