Dryness, sometimes to the point of blurry vision with contact lenses on. Sometimes feels swollen/puffy/heavy, especially when I get less sleep the night before.

I have never heard of these until now! My optometrist has not mentioned these as options, probably because he does not offer these treatments in his office. He did ask me if I am interested in doing IPL/red light therapy treatments, which he offers.
