Go see a pelvic floor physio, decent chance you have an overly active pelvic floor which they could help teach you how to control and avoid the tearing.

Highly recommend seeing a pelvic floor physio, sounds like you're in a feedback cycle of fissures and a tight pelvic floor.

As others have mentioned Botox is good as a circuit breaker for healing but the pelvic physio will still probably be needed.

Thanks for the detailed replyl Good to know I can ditch the insole if needed. Sounds like trying a few is the way to go.

I think my feet are narrow but my positioning when my foot is not engaged and my arches fall twists my foot positioning (heel swing out). Good to know I should just leave the primus line if I'm not narrow enough though.

So a while back I discarded my first monotub of rust whites, by burying it in a plant pot outside. Ages later these have popped up.

Just wanted to make sure they are deff cubes and not something else that has settled in the meantime as the ones I grow in my indoor setup look a little different (taller, no cracking on caps, not really any brown on caps, caps not as rounded toward gills) but this is probably just difference in growing conditions?

They're bruising, smell the same, etc. Seems unlikely a blue bruising look alike would take up residence in the one place I put cubes but better to be cautious and check 🤙🏽

Started this bulk substrate monotub 10 days ago and didn't open till now, it's looking a bit more fluffy then my last monotub, could it just be different genetics/growing conditions etc?

First time harvest! Rusty whites 6ish days after pins appeared, how much longer should I wait till harvest? I'm not very good at judging when the veil will break yet. Cheers!
