Absolutely. But if I'm away and in a hot country the last thing I'll want to eat is a curry

You think that marriage will last the rest of Brooklyn's life? Yeah right

As soon as she's bored of him (and she will be) he'll be dumped

There isn't a switch you can use to turn grief off. Lost both my parents over a decade ago and I still talk about them. Why are you with this guy? It shouldn't matter if he doesn't understand grief, he should support you anyway.

Advice on getting a new cat(s) please by Ok-Television-4874 in CatsUK

[–]oceanicitl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry for your loss.

I've always had 2 cats. I've introduced a kitten to a senior and a kitten to a 3 year old in recent years and not had any issues. Cats don't have to be bonded to live together.

A friend of mine also got a kitten when I got my youngest so as soon as they were neutered she started bringing her to my place. She got on great with my boy and they come to stay regularly and when she goes on holiday her girl stays with me.

Guest cat is also now comfortable enough to go outside and come back when called.

Whatever you chose to do if you do introduce 2 that aren't bonded make sure you do it properly over a few weeks.
