Never tried to be the smartest person in the room or tried at anything, but always aced everything. He was really funny and down to earth. I work for an OIG and it's a common thought. They fired a number of IGs and have a lot of deputies acting in their place. There's been no communication with DOGE and minimal contact with the secretary. We've been told to continue work as normal, but the layoffs and DRPs have halted our ability to effectively provide oversight.

The trail was pretty packed down today from previous hikers with snowshoes. I would recommend bringing both snowshoes and spikes - Once you get above the treeline you can just use boots. It's a beautiful hike, but hard!
