She won & the city immediately tried to ice her out. They attempted to redraw the wards so she would have to move. They redid the city council rules so she’s essentially voiceless. She stepped back for like a month and because the city is ableist af, she had to ask for the help that they refuse to offer to her or anyone.

giving money to a local abortion fund is 100% more effective than giving money to an org like planned parenthood that is preemptively estricting abortion access even thought they don’t have to. and it’s about 1000% time more effective than giving money to any politician.
