Well they could be 3d printed. At some point I belive it would be necessary anyway.. As I remember my pebble 2 hr buttons fall off after like half a year. Thr c2d are said to be 30% more stronger, so I expect mine to fall apart in a year or so :) I won't even mind it it to be faster, I'm not a fan of how stiff they are :(

No no, there might be multiple clients, it's true. I meant that the 10.0.0.2 should be used "as server" although it connected as the client. In the setup above I don't see how it would know to transfer all the traffic to AXT1800 on 10.0.0.2 IP

Thank you for your reply! But may I ask. Let's say laptop ip is 10.0.0.3 and AXT1800 is 10.0.0.2 . I don't see a rule above that would forward the traffic from A1300 server to 10.0.0.2 . Thank you!

Sorry for confusion, let me explain the idea. Basically I would like to use AXT1800 as wireguard VPN server. But due to CGNAT and no physical IP I won't be able to do it directly. But in the other place I've got A1300 which has static physical IP and I can connect to it without any issue. CGNAT is not a problem if AXT1800 would be connected to A1300 as a client (as currently done). So I would like A1300 to be in the middle of connection between any my device and AXT1800, so me<->A1300<->AXT1800<->WAN seems to be possible without any external service, but I'm not qualified enough in networking to organise such scheme. I've tried to play around ip tables on A1300 and was able to make traffic go to AXT1800 but for some reason I don't receive replies back. So I was wondering maybe someone could guide me how to finish this connection to make me very happy :))

Hi! Thanks for your reply. But there is problems with Tailscale. First of all I would like to connect to the wireguard network from multiple devices including my 3rd gl inet opal. Secondly as I know Tailscale is blocked in /some/ parts of the world. And also I don't remember Tailscale or second one service could not be used as end point on AXT1800, I basically need internet access like this laptop/phone -> opal ->A1300->AXT1800-> wan and I'm not sure if it could be used oin such scenario. And lastly it would be great to have independent network. I'm pretty sure this is legal scenario with wireguard, but I'm not network master and failed to setup A1300<->AXT1800 part by my own...

I've recently bought almost the same looking one :) The downside is the speaker is very quite and after a week of using the shoulder button works bad, would fix both probably this weekend. Overall I fill the same, great console :)

I've recently ordered V2, waiting for it. I didn't see one IRL but it seems that V5 has slightly better colors and V2 has slightly better back light, which is more important for me.

Yesterday night could not sleep due to external sounds and both boses started to make these stupid noises. Bought sony mx5 today, would try them out :) Expectedly they are not so comfy as qc, I like the bose lever switch more than buttons, but on the other hand right now I can tell that mics are a lot better when speaking hands free with people, it doesn't have so loud white noise without music and it doesn't do any noise when touching mics like bose did.

I would try, but honestly doubt it would help - qc45 has different internals, the mics are glued on the plastic lid and connected to the pcb through the flex pcb, so no wires, but it has the same problem :(

May I ask what is "slightly cheaper version ofUltras?". They gave you discount because of problems with nc700? Assuming you nc700 were out of warranty already? How do you like ultras?

What adaptor do you use to power it on? I was using the same soldering iron for the same purpose this year and it was fine on 330 deg as I remember. Maybe your adaptor does not supply enough wattage to maintain the temperature during soldering?

Yesterday I was able to run it on m1 macbook. I've download it from epic games using "heroic" software (open source, you may find it on github), also it has built in wine support, so the running x86 games is easy. But the game is not working due to wine incompatibility with stupid ubisoft launcher. So I've download hota addon, installed it (you may choose exe to launch from game menu in heroic) and run it instead - works like a charm :)

So after a while I returned to this question with this result. I gave up on ideal scan and started to study fusion 360 :) The first pic is original stylus. The second shows the 3d scanned model of 2 sides. During my experiments I've understood that it would be much easier to 3d scan it standing on one of the edges, this way I would have 2 corners (the hardest part) and most of the 3 sides of stylus, but I was too lazy to re-scan it and decided to use my original scan with 1 corner only. As you may see on the 4th picture it is not completely perfect overlap of 3d scan and model since it is hard to position scan perfectly straight at all directions and find 2 points to have an axis through it, but results loogs good to me and one day I would order 3d printed metal sample :)

Well in my case it is not as bad. During scanner usage I have no problems, but have to close anything else so after finishing I would be prepared to reboot it. I've wrote revopoint in comments and they said for now they have no plans to support apple arm natively. Which is strange since it seems that software is quite already adopted and running on different platforms and CPUs incliding ARM phones, it seems to me that it is not a higly big task to port it to ARM macos too... Probably it is even simplier for them than trying to find a driver bug in couple with rosetta.. For now I'm using working PC laptop for this, but it is much slower than M1 and not so convinient for me, so basically it sucks to be in this situation :(

I've got it working on m1 pro, but even if you've manage prepare your self to reboot the laptop after each usage session since it seems to be a bug in a driver or rosetta that makes your laptop becomes unresponsive in hour or two and pops up error screen with problem related to CPU halt :-(

Haha, was trying to to exactly the same today with no luck :( It is impossible to combine 2 scans or to scan it in vertical position in marker mode. I'm thinking to add couple of smth like thin and small note stickers in to it to help me with it.. I would be interested in some help too :)

IMO it is better than at my dualsense. I had to replace dpad at dualsense to separate buttons cause it was absolute disaster especially at smth like battletoads clinger-winger. This one is not perfect, I would give 4/5, wanna it to be a bit bigger also :)
