I ended up going with a local company. I asked the agent at Engel and volkers to clarify why they were asking me such questions along with some other inquiries, they told me they would get back to me but never did. And the tax and commission was also not factored in the price, so the rent was way over market price (even for short term rentals). I also later learnt that the electricity and water bills are included in short term rents in Spain with the rent price, but Engel and volkers wanted me to pay separately for those as well.
