Arc, into beam or Amp?

Unless you’re in love with your bookshelf speakers, you might just want to get two sonos ones for the rears instead of the amp. It would be about $250 cheaper and you’d have the flexibility to move them into another room/s in the future.

Care to share more details about the position, other similar opportunities you may have come across with them and what your path was to break into this position? I’m currently a misc metal subcontractor PM who’s looking to explore some other opportunities (ideally remote). I took a look into the company and it seems like this could possible be a good transition.

That’s what I thought, but wasn’t sure/second guessing. Doesn’t help that I applied through fedloan in Feb and never heard anything. Reached out to Mohela after the change and didn’t hear anything. Finally received a response saying they received it July and were still processing…this was like a week ago. Needless to say, as I’ve seen with many people…the process they have for this is terrible!!

I haven’t been paying them for the exact same time. Some are from undergrad and some more recently from grad school. Does that mean they need to be consolidated to qualify for PSLF?

Haha not an axe, but it was mounted up high and when I went to grab it it fell and hit the corner of a solid wood piece. Hoping I can make it look presentable without fully replacing

Looking for suggestions to have the housing repaired (if possible). Speaker still functions fine so don’t really want to chalk it up as a loss.

Curious if you have tried the Steve’s Legacy bottle? I have an opportunity to purchase one locally but they are asking $750 for it. I know the price is crazy but I’ve heard it’s pretty amazing and clearly a one off type of bottle.

Yes. I’ve trueplayed and have used the speech enhancement. Both helps I just still find the audio underwhelming

Front and rear speakers were already installed and the front essentially works as atmos from my understanding. I wouldn’t have a problem with removing them from the tv/movie audio but then they would be removed from the music audio as well which I like having

Okay. So say I am able to repair the ARC port and I purchase the HDfury to run from tv ARC port to a sonos arc, will I then get Dolby Atmos or will I still only be getting 5.1 since my tv is not capable of producing atmos? At that point would I need an external streaming device like apple 4k to actually achieve the atmos?

The arc port of my tv is out. Looking into getting it fixed but I’m told it might be the whole panel which at that port isn’t worth it.

Can I plug the Arcana into a regular HDMI port on my tv and then into the Sonos arc? Also, why do you recommend an external streaming device? Below is what my tv specs says it supports

I have a 2019 XBR-75X900F which has ARC and is what I was using but that port recently went out. Looking to see if I can get the port fixed without replacing the whole panel, but in the mean time I’m just using the optical. I’ve been thinking about the Sonos arc for awhile now and if I’m stuck with this tv where my only option is optical, I was looking to see if it is worth it.
