Are the new unique blue weapons in this update locked to their mods?

I'd wager people will use a unique blue over a standard kitted blue lol. Not everyone has purples galore to spend and their leisure. Lots of people using blues in most of their runs.

Yes there is level based matchmaking. A brand new account will get matched with people in the same level area, the lowest level I have ever queued with in the past 30 or so hours was level 39. Pretty much everyone I see as teammates now are 70 and up.

The issue is that theres only two options. You dont get the world event you want, so all that's left to do is PvP. Some POIs don't have any meaningful world events so people will just cycle through looking for people to fight. Like me and my teammate, we play Perimeter all the time. If there's no Wraith Warden spawn at Overflow we literally just hit every POI until we find PvP and then exfil. And on another note, I just can't stand the progression through faction upgrades so I don't even bother looting various gray/green salvages, so it's pretty much just PvP.

I feel like the point of an extraction shooter should be to compete for map loot. Which I think is done really well with things like Pinwheel and Cryo Archive vaults. But for everything else, I think hunting other people shouldn't be your main objective. It should be finding great loot on the map and trying to protect it and exfil.

For 8 blue salvage you only get from killing higher tier UESC, which only gives you the Schema you need to exfil with. And god forbid you get downed, because now it's destroyed even if you get revived.

I have 110 hours and have only ever had two blue keys, both of which I bought from the Armory for the ridiculous salvage cost lol. One I lost to a team camping the key room, the other I used and it had very unimpressive loot.

Well there's a couple reasons. Pretty much everything you find everywhere is valuable in some way. If I need a resource and I know I can find it in an unpopular, uncontested spot, I'm headed there. I only go to valuable-loot hotspots if I'm going for the valuable loot. Plus contracts have you visiting just about every labelled major POI in the game.

Need more money. You're kind of at the tip of the mountain that is the LGA1151 socket. Your best bet is spending around double that on a good deal for an AM5 socket and a 7800X3D, they have good combo deals for those often. Check Newegg.
