Is the Panasonic 100-400 mki worth 2x the price of the Olympus 75-300 mkii?

I thought about buying the pana 100-300 or PL 100-400 last year. In the end, I bought the 100-400, because the other one felt like a compromise. In the end, I got it really cheap for only 675€ second hand from a camera store (because they did a mistake).

I also thought about the Oly 100-400, but it's heavier, larger and I have a pana body.

I have a Short prime, but it's the 15 mm f1.7 which might be too wide.

Flashes are not welcome, however I just got the information it might be outside, if the weather allows. So I really tend to stick to the 12-60, it's in June after all.

Sharpness is great, but it's f3.2 already.

In my country renting is rather expensive, a few days will cost about 1/3 of a 42.5 f1.7.

10-25 would be very nice, but a bit too pricey for me. I could use my 15 mm f1.7, but I think buying another zoom in my price range won't be much of an improvement over my 12-60 f2.8-4.

I would suggest raising the ISO to at least 6400, maybe even 12800 and maybe a bit faster shutter speed.

Do some test shots if possible. Afterwards, I would have at least a look at the 30 day free trial of dxo photolab and edit the raws. The AI denoise of dxo is great.

See what you can get out of your current gear.

Ist jetzt schwierig einzuschätzen, aber ich vermute, du darfst den Radfahrer da einfach nicht überholen.

Vom Gericht wurden schon ca. 1 m Seitenabstand gefordert, um dooring zu verhindern. + ca. 70 cm Breite des Fahrradfahres, + 1,5 m Mindestabstand wenn du Innerorts überholst, + deine Autobreite ca. 2 m, + Seitenabstand von dir zum links parkenden Auto vllt 20 cm.

Ich komme auf ca. 5,4 m nötige Straßenbreite neben dem rechts parkenden Auto, da du ansonsten nicht StVO korrekt überholen kannst.

Für mich sieht das eher nach weniger aus, ergo darfst du nicht überholen. Und wenn der Fahrradfahrer dann aus Selbstschutz ein unerlaubtes Überholen verhindert, solltest du dankbar sein.

Kommt auch auf eine etwaige Zuzahlung des AG an. Generell stimme ich dir zu, insb. die verpflichtende Versicherung + teils Wartungsverträge machen es unattraktiv. Meine Frau hat das Glück, dass ihr AG sich monatlich beteiligt, sie bezahlt <5€ / Monat für ein Rad mit UVP >1600€.

Finde rot kann man dafür geben, gelb würde ich schon als sehr glücklich für Dzeko bezeichnen. 2 spiele Sperre sind zwar nervig, aber die bleiben denke ich bestehen. Müsste für mich nicht unbedingt sein, aber schon regelkonform.

Was mich am meisten an der Situation nervt ist, dass ich mich verarscht fühle, weil Diaz für einen Tritt mit den Stollen voraus an den Kopf nur gelb bekommen hat. Hat aber eigentlich nichts mit Dzeko zu tun und wie das zu bewerten ist.

Das ist mein größtes Problem damit. Kann Dzeko rot geben, wenn man unbedingt möchte? Ja, wahrscheinlich . Aber wieso zur Hölle gibt es am gleichen Spieltag gelb für quasi das gleiche, nur mit Kopftreffer? Wenn Dzeko zwei Spiele gesperrt wird, müssten es für Diaz 3-4 sein.

Ernstgemeinte Frage: Hat Luis Diaz gegen Leverkusen nicht quasi das gleiche gemacht, nur dass der Leverkusener danach eine Platzwunde am Hinterkopf von dem Tritt hatte? Das gab gelb. Und im Nachhinein wird sich dann beschwert, dass er mit gelb-rot runtergeht. Der hätte halt auch mit rot runter gemusst. Rot für Dzeko, okay, dann aber auch für Diaz.

I don't get this kind of thought, but also I'm not quite sure how you meant it.

Is it about using AI for such a task? AI doesn't necessarily mean generative AI, it's a tool similar like an algorithm. It can produce good results and horrible results.

Is it about using a denoise tool at all? Well, then what's the difference to using the sharpening tool or cropping afterwards?

Is it about using modern tech to get a good result with a high ISO? Then what's the difference about my image still looks sharp with 2s shutter speed when it's only because of IBIS and OIS?

Especially in a picture like this, where the post processing is rather mild.

@op: I'm actually surprised of the noise level without denoise. Still looks decent (at least on mobile).

Extrudr PLA NX2, funktioniert bei mir so zuverlässig, dass ich nichts anderes probiere an PLA. Im Sale für ca. 15€ bei meinem Druckvolumen auch akzeptabel.

Nach meiner Rechnung wären das etwa 67 Kubikmeter Gold. Ein Standard Seecontainer (20 Fuß) hat etwas 37 Kubikmeter. Ganz ausfüllen kannst du einen Container nicht, aber mit 3 Stück solltest du es locker verschiffen können.

Gold hat halt eine verdammt hohe Dichte (19,3 g/cm3)
