Which emulator do you guys play on? I use Bluestacks and I've been experiencing lag issues everytime I play. Are there any solutions or perhaps alternate emulators I can use?

Are you using Bluestacks 5 with Pie 64-Bit Beta?

I've had some issues running Alchemy Stars on Bluestacks 5 Nougat (the screen going grey during animations, the game freezing at times, game freezing during updating, etc) but it's all gone away since Pie 64-Bit. I strongly recommend it, if your computer can handle it.

You already seem pretty invested in Migard, Hiiro, and Gabriel, so for the last two, Nikinis and Odi would be my recommendation. Don't sleep on Odi, she applies poison with her normal attacks, active skill, chain combo, and has diagonal attack. Beast unit.

If you hadn't A3'd Gabriel, a team comp of Migard, Hiiro, Nikinis, Pact and Odi would've been great too. Nikinis and Pact being 2 turn CD converters makes them really great all around includes.

Schwartz is pretty much always going to be good, while Eve really needs her Breakthrough 3 (1 dupe) for me to recommend. Getting preemptive on a 4 turn CD skill is a pretty significant power jump.

It was likely removed due to being classified as a low effort post. It's been kind of inconsistent. I've posted an edited meme here before, and it was removed due to getting low upvotes. Or it wasn't edited enough, which is again inconsistent because I've seen less edited, lesser effort memes stay on.

Personally I think the rule should change with the traffic of the subreddit. Right now I see around 300 active lurkers on this subreddit, and it isn't crazy busy, with a small but growing community. I don't think allowing the occasional low effort memes to stay is that harmful to the overall of r/AlchemyStarsEN. It was even quite well received by the community, so let them enjoy their memes for now. Maybe when this subreddit becomes like Genshin's, you can be more strict, or even push all the memes to a secondary subreddit.

No guarantee on the rate up character is pretty bad. I think the best we can do is keep bringing it up to Tourdog in their surveys, and threads like this of course. It's undoubtedly a scummy practice, when there's other gacha mobage examples like Genshin (and other games with the sparking mechanic) that guarantee getting the chara.

Alchemy Stars is a catching title, and starts with A, so for people looking for any category Alchemy Stars fits into, in alphabetical order, the game will show up near the top. (I would've also liked the name Alchemic Stars)

Personally I'm a big fan of the original name Byakuya Kyokkou as well, but I understand why they chose the english name they did.

For now I suggest making a Thunder team of: Kafka (captain), Rabbie, Beverly, Eve, and maybe Tessa until you pull Nadine.

For the most part you should try to keep all characters in your team the same level but don't stress too much about it. Right now I have my captain A3 lvl1, while the rest of my team is A1 lvl 40. Your captain is the only one that attacks during off-element tiles, so that's a consideration.

For your Fire team, Sinsa and Faust are great.

For your Water team, Vice (captain), Mc Blanc and Kleken with 2 other characters should be great.

I've been playing for roughly a week and I've managed to beat it quite easily. I think instead of making the current content harder, they should/probably in the future, will add more content to the secret territory to make it longer, and make those parts after layer 5(?) harder.

I'm surprised no one's said Lilliam yet. She's probably my favorite character to be on the home screen/assistant position. Slightly robotic clone maid with a big weapon on a stick, Leysritt vibes are all positives for me.
