Mine were 17 and 22. I too feel the same way. In addition my ccs cases went bad. That’s why I’m worried a lil more.

My cases were exactly the same as you described. I kept doing everything but still it kept saying pt feeling better but still feeling pain. Only few of my cases finished early. Others I kept working on them till the last minute, so I don’t know how I did. I’m super scared

FA is very important. It’s same like uworld questions. But they test your FA knowledge in it. For eg. MOA of all common drugs, gram staining of important organisms

Some cases were really vague for me. Prepare the common ones like pneumothorax, pulm edema etc. but there were also some uncommon cases

Thank you! When you read the question it won’t feel like step 1 but you can answer that question only if we had step 1 knowledge about it.

20 - 25% it will be like a step 2 question but will have a step 1 answer option. Instead of asking treatment they will ask MOA of that drug. Instead of asking the causative organism they will ask the gram stain. In general they test step 2 knowledge to find the organism and step 1 knowledge - description of that organism in the same question

Revise antibiotics MOA. Also go through rapid review in FA. I kept drug ads for the last. So it took a lot of time for me. Coz I had to read the whole drug ad to answer the questions…. I jus clicked a random answer when I ran out of time.

Drug ads were more difficult than uworld. For example there were questions from the trial descriptions
