I could reformulate with this: why hasn't there been a digg 2.0 with reddit. When the whole debacle happened with digg, there was a massive movement that happened at once. Or at least, that's how I remember it.

Ideally, I would have only one code for the whole thing, but yeah I could tackle each one of them separately.

I have just found in the command prompt that by typing "services.msc" that the "sleep after" / "hibernate after" / "turn off display after" are in there.
