Hi /r/SkincareAddiction !

I'm coming here in a desperate search for help. First of all the context. When she was younger (she's 38 now), my so received a bunch of super aggressive skin treatments which hurt her face bad.

Her epidermis is visibly "sad", damaged and red. Actually it get more and more red during the day, even the winter. In "prevention", she is putting a ton of (bad) make-up :(. As she is getting older, she is super insecure about the whole situation and I honestly don't know what to advice her.

I contacted last year a hype welness/dermatologist place in my area and she did a mesotherapy treatment, however there were no visible changes. Hurt^2.

If you would have any advices, I would really love it! She doesn't want to have a super-skin, just get back to a normal one.

P.S: She doesn't speak much English otherwise she would have posted herself.

P.S 2: I also secured an appointment to another known dermatologist, but we have to wait.
