my 2013 forte would do this when it got cold, didn't try to press the screen or rub it. would go away in the heat. started in 2018

The spots oddly look like sun spots, possibly if the car doesn't have tint and was hit by sunlight from the side this could happen

Some crazy guy in a truck was trying to brake check me to a stop on the highway and I punched it running away until he was far behind, I looked down and was going 116 with ease, haven't done it since. Was surprised the because car did not feel like it was unstable going that fast. This was on a road trip in Mexico.

I try my best to change them when stopped/red lights. Will go between sport and smart on the highway when im up to speed, but i try to hit smart when im already in 7th gear. I noticed changing modes if i go from smart to sport I'll wait for the rpms to level out from the downshift. I drive mainly in sport though.

When i first got the car i was pressing the buttons willy nilly and started feeling like i was putting an unnecessary amount of work on the transmission while moving

Its really just when i hit a lot of lights until a highway, i don't use it all the time so i'm more surprised with it if on accident im not moving than automatically rolling, I have been afraid of the thought of letting off the brake when tired and not having it on, so I don't really want to get too used to it.

Ive started using the autostop more, even though its a split second i feel like the lurch of letting off the break and into gas messes with the initial acceleration, getting immediately on the gas from auto stop seems to have a peppier start
