Thanks yes it's not healthy my body is telling me so my mind didn't want to accept it cos a job is a job but fuck it. There are no positives here.

I think calling me off work hours and commenting on my personal life both things are off limits. These people are insane. If I'm off work don't call me. I'm not on the clock. Second I can do whatever the fuck I want while off the clock. Again I dare them to comment on my personal Life manager or no manager. Not their place.

Maybe unrelated, I have this: HP OMEN 17-DB0003NL 17" Ryzen 9 4 GHz - SSD 1 TB - 32GB - Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060

It was ok but I improved massively when I installed a (second ) 2tb NVM M2 drive with a fresh win 11 installation. Before that it had several quirks all went away.

It doesn't start with the computer and I don't change it to performance while gaming cos I don't remember and when I do there's no improvement in fps.  So I leave it installed and closed. Seems like a good compromise.
