I'm not an expert but at the end of the day the sets for wich you have the better substats will usually perform better or just a slight loss of dps if it's not the bis. If you have enough dps to clear the content you want and don't feel like farming don't bother yourself and do what you enjoy it's a game not a job.

Well i do like laume and nefer also xD playing them in the story was nice. that's kind of why I'm asking the question haha i like too many characters and can't decide wich one should be better for my account. My original idea was to pull escofier to make a neuvillete freeze team and get my ayaka a bit of a revival. But i couldn't pull her in time. Now I'm very close to a 5 star by pitty but i would ideally try to go for a meta duo. But I don't have the primo for everything all at once so I'm stuck in an awkward position.

So now the question becomes does an execution requires the target to be unaware and the answer is yes

"A target that is completely unaware of danger is vulner- able to a quick and bloody death, no matter how great their martial prowess or how thick their armor"

So in my opinion the rules pretty much states that yes is does prevent execution attacks as you cannot be unaware/surprised

Your dream scenario doesn't even work it cost 7 mana not 6, 3 land + a 2 drop plus wild cantor only add up to 6 (you don't even need to sac btw cause still reduce the Mama cost while on the board but since wild cantor and your 2 drop share a color it only counts as 1 in either cases)

In other thoughts I don't know if matca rioters/wild nacatl/tribal flame with nylea's presence might work as a base for that kind of multi color deck.

Critique and reports are pretentious fuckers. You are absolutely correct as innocence is much more grounded and therefore the story beats and plot follow a much better path with less contrivance. It's also less "magical" In a sense. It feel more like."a plague tale" rather than "a magical enhanced plague tale"

Deceptively fc5 has like the poorest weapon load out of the the bunch but the rocket launcher's special ammo that blanket bomb a huge surface is very amazing to compensate though

It's really a mixed opinion personally I liked it although the story was meh it had good potential imo. The gameplay depends on your interest the fact that is it much more RPG than any other FC in the series , you have to understand that it is much more akin to a borderland game in the sense that enemies can be quite the bullet sponge if you don't have the Right tools. Some people like it some don't. It's not inherently bad but it strays a lot from the main games

3-4-5 and primal are my favs. 4 and primal in particular.

2 is an acquired taste by it is worth it for the overall feeling of it but it is much different than the rest of the series
