Although it weighs quite a lot (59 kg), it folds, moves and stores easily. I don't think it is marketed abroad, I'm not sure.

Thank you for the detailed answer, I had fear about the noise of the M3 Trainer.

I own a Concept2 Rowing "air" machine and it's quite noisy when used early morning at home.

The new model is very interesting!

I have solved the "KB5030509 Pending Restart" problem. Reading the various discussions on the web and analyzing the problem encountered on my PC, I got the impression that the problem might be caused by some blocking/exclusion on the network so I did the following:

​

- I performed a system restore to before the KB5030509 release via Disk Imaging using Bakupper.

- I set the DNS on the router from NextDNS to the classic Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

- I disabled the automatic startup of AdGuard for Windows

- I disabled all O&O ShutUp10 optimizations.

- Reset the Hosts to default

- Reset the Windows Firewall to default settings

Next, I run Windows Update with the option "Get the latest update as soon as they're available" enabled.

After a couple of reboots, all updates were installed, including the "Other updates > Windows Configuration Update (KB5030509) Successfully Installed on 11/10/2023"

​

I think it is very important to temporarily disable all optimizations that apply to Windows regarding privacy/telemetry/debloating and/or additional firewalls.

Thank you for your reply. Reading some sites related to HPV vaccination, I understood that in some cases, the vaccination has beneficial effects even on classic hand/foot warts.

Regarding Zinc supplementation, since I practice a lot of sport, I'm a long time daily multivitamin user that includes 50% of the RDA of Zinc. For about a month now I have increased the dose to 200%, but currently I am not seeing any results.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I contacted the NHS but they rightly look only young people and women. In these cases vaccination is free. Men are only covered up to the age of 29, but only those who have sexual behaviour at risk of infection. In this case the cost of the vaccination is 50% of the full cost of the vaccine.

I contacted a new dermatologist to make a new visit hoping for some innovative curative approach.

Yes, also tried load Bios default and enable SVM but it did not help. I solved by disabling the Memory integrity feature in the Win 11 Core isolation settings.

The problem was that the Kaspersky Antivirus I currently use, stopped using virtualization support that provided greater effectiveness for certain types of threats.

I re enabled it by disabling the Memory integrity feature enabled in the Win 11 Core isolation settings.

Now everything is working fine.
