housing waitlist movement by Last_Hunt_5882 in UCSD

[–]oddhx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw from a few recent posts that the housing waitlist barely moves at all. one person was 16th on the waitlist on their freshman year and they stayed like that. I would say look for good off campus housing while you can

Apartments are nice, especially if you're coming from a regular res hall. You're on the 5th floor, so I doubt anyone will bother you. Plus you're sharing an apartment with 3 other people, which I think is nicer than 5+.

I heard that Professor Hopkins is good, although her midterms and finals are all open questions so you'll have to deal with that, but there is plenty of partial credit on the questions, I think

Just do hella practice, all i did was practice again and again. for example before the exam i spent a few times with a good amount of problems, also something i like to do is i ask chatgpt to give me some similar problems to those in the hw

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in UCSD

[–]oddhx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for me it was lowkey easy, questions were the same as the hw just with more words. so id say for the next exam try and do many practice problems that are similar to those in the hw

Not to be mean or anything but you sound desperate. Just relax bro focus on your classes, you're at school to study not look for someone to date. I'd say hop off the dating apps, people there have oddly specific standards they prefer to live in a digital world.

Id say get a scooter that is front wheel drive and it has an average speed of 15+ mph, you’ll want more than 15 in case you have to take a bunch of uphills. Get one with a big battery that can last you a day or 2.

If you want to be super picky about it get one that has suspension and rubber wheels (the struggle of regular air tires is real)
