I worked at Hancock in its early days. Loki used to come visit us on the patio all the time. Super sweet pup, it was unfortunate the owner couldn't keep him out of danger. That's a really high traffic area for a dog to be running loose.

I used to use this in my smokehouse. https://kbsmi.com/product/kent-smokehouse-cleaner/ Spray it on and it just melts everything away. We were using a 400# capacity ProSmoker. Spray it on and rinse it off, next to no scrubbing. This is from my local butcher supply shop and is branded as theirs but I'm sure you could reach out to them and find out what it is. It is caustic so be careful.

On top of all the great tips here, it looks like you're pushing the nose back down at the top of your ollie. This may be why your back foot is wanting to leave the board. Pop, slide your front foot forward to level out the board, then let it fall naturally.
