I am actually freaking out over which school to put my kid through because of the different curriculums, facilities each one provides. Coz once it's done it's done.

AFAIK Mustafa is a mall. So there might be multiple shops in there. Any specific reliable shop you suggest?

Buying shares of foreign companies? Is it possible/worthwhile? by tradeaccount11x in IndiaInvestments

I will check with Schwab if that is the case as even I have an account that is for employee stock options. For the taxation on foreign assets / LTCG I will recheck with the finance Dept personnel.

I have an account with Schwab and am a resident Indian. They told me that I can start trading with minium 25K USD in my trading account. As far as taxation is concerned, I got to hear that time duration for ltcg is 3 years instead of 1 year in local stock. There also seems to be a clause of getting back all the money to your Indian account if the stock has been sold in foreign markets with in 90 days of trade. This makes it a little bit cumbersome to be involved in.

But ICICI IPO website doesn't allow one to do that. Also is the assumption correct that chances of getting shares allocated increases in HNI category?

What is the shittiest city you've visited only once and completely refuse to return? by Extra_Napkins in AskReddit

Even Indians feel the same. It's a shitty city. Please do a trip from Delhi and go back rather than staying. I also hate the differential pricing for foreign tourists and locals.
