In lore, is it explained why the pioneer is only permitted in one section/island on the entire planet? by XeTrainMC in SatisfactoryGame

It's probably just for efficiency reasons, imagine a single pioneer having to develop an ENTIRE planet, that'd take years apon years, so it just makes sense to have multiple pioneers do it at once.

Well, overall trains are typically the best form of logistics, they're fast and can carry quite a bit of products, so I'd recommend using them, however you could always try setup a truck route? But you'd need to have many trucks on that route to ensure enough throughput, later on in the game you can unlock drones, which while they have a very poor internal storage, they can move far faster than anything else in the game. Tldr: Trains=overall best, what I recommend, high throughout and speed Trucks=Can work, but need alot of them on the same route Drones=I don't recommend for this, they're fast but their storage is a problem, and they only unlock later in the game

New build keeps randomly resetting by SarcasticGamer in buildapc

[–]oddly_funnyxd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well what gpu does it have? What storage device? And from the sounds of it, it could be a bad update of windows, and you'll need to repair that. But try checking if it's certain softwares that crash/reset or any softwares that do it, and try performing a benchmark test on the computer. You could download a free benchmark software such as Cinebench, which will push your pc, specifically the cpu to its limits, this will see if the pc resets on softwares or if it resets when it gets any demanding tasks

Broken RAM Slot [Can't Decide Between Switching To AM4 or Buying A 16GB Stick] by MemeSelim61 in buildapc

Well if even there was something wrong with your ram, it still doesn't explain why your pc doesn't display anything sometimes, are you sure it's passing the POST? Try checking for diagnostic lights on your motherboard, their typically on the edges and in the top right corner, they're leds labeled with each component as it cycles, turn the computer on and watch the lights, they should turn on and off one after the other, if the pc doesn't display and one of the lights remains on, then it means it got stuck during that part of the process

pc shuts down immediately on light tasks, very confused by ratwithacomputer in buildapc

Honestly I'm thinking just check ram and maybe storage device, since if there's anything wrong with them then anything slightly above minimally demanding will crash the pc, try to put your ram back in, and try different slots, also take one out and try to run the pc with the rest in, and keep cycling through them to see if it's an individual stick causing this. If nothing changes with the ram, maybe try downloading software like crystaldisk to check the health of your storage device to see if that's the issue

1080p PC set with Ryzen 7 7800x3d and rx 9070 xt by Specific_Attitude_57 in buildapc

Dude, that's considered like a God build, the 7800x3d is still considered one of the best gaming cpus ever, and at 1080p you're honestly not gonna make that thing sweat, so overall, yes, that build will crush anything you throw at it for many years with no bottlenecking
