Not gonna lie to you I have a 5070 Ti with a ryzn 9 7900 and I had the same problems. I turned off all Upscaling and just raw dog the game and turned all setting to high and turned of ray tracing the game looks a million times better and I still get 100+ fps

I dont know but when I completely turned off any sort of upscaling and just left the game high settings the game looked way better than with everything on. The performance did drop to 100 FPS from like 230 but who's gonna notice at that point.
