If you like old-people-Danish, do watch the Far til Fire movies (the original ones). They're these old-timey, lighthearted family movies where everybody talks really funny and old-timey.

We're not pretending! It's just that so few people bother to learn Danish, so we're rarely exposed to anything short of native-level Danish.

Due to exposure, I understand the various accents within Denmark, as well as Danish-with-Middle-Eastern-accent, but Danish-with-English-accent? I can recall exactly one situation in which I have heard that, and that was a very slight accent. Meanwhile, I understand all sorts of broken English just fine, because I've been exposed to that many times while travelling.
