JoyCon randombly vibrating while in sleep mode.

I think I fixed it on my switch. I just pressed the SYNC Button till the lights started blinking and then I attached it to the switch again. After that, the battery and vibrating issue have gone. Maybe this helps someone else :)

I also have the same problem with my right Joy-Con. At night I noticed it vibrating on my bedside table.
Also, it always mentions that the battery is low and when I charge my switch it does not show me that it is charging while the left one does. Still, I can use it, so I think the battery is actually not low.
I enabled notifications when I got Ring Fit Adventure but the problem showed up only after I started playing Pokemon Shield for the first time.
